Most gutter protection systems are manufactured using processes that are not similar to the standard gutter. Some use four pieces and pin it all together, some are plastic with the screen glued in place, and others are imported, anodized, substrates with the screen glued in place.
We cold form a flat roll of aluminum and shape it around the stainless steel mesh. The mesh is then inserted by our custom roll forming machine. Once inserted, the mesh is held in place by a continuous Pittsburg seam. Our patent pending process is similar to how all gutters are formed, a process that has stood the test of time.
The design of Champion Gutter Guard was tailored to be permanently attach to the gutter system without jeopardizing the integrity of the roof.
